Need to add Requested Date field on the Redwood Shopping Cart screen.

Summary:

Search for an item in Redwood self service requisitioning screen. Item is found and add to cart, click review. The Requested Date field is not displayed on the overview screen, have to click the Edit icon to drill into the line and update the Requested Date field. My customer is creating requisitions for 10s of lines, they cannot be expected to click the Edit button and do the update then return to the main cart, then do this over and over for each line.

I have reviewed the documentation but I cannot find any way to do this. Plse advise.
