Custom Person Security Profile showing unwanted employee details.
Summary:
- We have created a custom Person Security Profile for country specific HR via SQL code. The SQL is based on person id. When user A moves from one country to another (example Canada to USA), the HR in Canada can still see the user A details. Is this expected?
2) We think since the User A had a work relationship with Canada in past, that is why this is happening. The requirement is once the user moves/transferred, the HR should not be able to see the data.
3) There are some cases where users have multiple assignments and the HR should only see the active/primary assignment as well as user details. No HR should be able to see the employee details just because he or she used to have a workrelationship. How can we achieve that?
