Receiving an error in VBCS for compensation Info and MY Compensation redwood page.

Hi Team,

We are getting "The call to the workforceCompensationStatements service failed" error in VBCS, when we are trying to personalize the

Compensation Info and My Compensation redwood pages via VBCS .

When we click on "Configure Fields and Regions"/Business Rules getting above mentioned error message and unable to personalize the page.
