    • Redwood outlook addin - share email layout missing information

    Hello Team,
    i'm configuring the new CRM addin for outlook and i have a few iussues - if maybe you can assist -

    1. when i open the addin from email - (and i use a contact that already exists in CRM, associated to an account that has an open lead and open opportunity) the addon doesnt show me all the information it has on that contact. shows only the contact - there is no scrolling up or down. pls see picture 1.

    2. the Share button - is grade out.
    i did run the process: Microsoft 365 Standard Sync Job and enabled Bidirectional Sync - see Pic 2.
