Duplicate check behaviour in Redwood and Non-Redwood pages

Hi,

Candidate search is on Redwood and Job Application page [Recruiters] is on Responsive. Duplicate check performed for the candidate in Phase New and State to be reviewed appears in Grey. All the parameters [Firstname, lastname, Email, Phone and Person types] checks were completed.

Once Candidate Offer is accepted, the duplicate check turns into either yellow or Red. This issue is viewed post 24D upgrade.

Please share a feasible option here.
