Contact List - Add and Remove Contacts from a Report

Hi everyone,

I apologize in advance if this topic already exists - couldn't really find something exact. I'm trying to create a contact report that removes and adds certain contacts from the report based on created contact lists. I'm not too sure what the best approach would be for this. Can anyone offer advice?
