Redwood screen remains blank when accessing "Manage Meter Template"

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to access the Manage Meter Template task in Oracle Cloud, but the Redwood screen doesn't load—it just stays blank. According to the documentation, there are no additional steps required other than having the necessary privileges. However, I'm still not seeing any content.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, do you know how to fix it?
