Drilldown links not working in custom report

Hi,

I have created a report which tallies up agent productivity over a specified time frame. There are 5 columns which each have a drilldown level associated to them. Of the 5, only three of the drilldowns work. When either of the other two are clicked, the report looks like it will run them but then doesn't do anything. 

The 5 column headings are Incident Editor Response, Email Response, AAQ Response, Chats Handled and Incidents Created. The two columns that are not functioning correctly are Email Response and AAQ Response.

I would also like each drilldown to open the incidents that are shown, however I have only managed to get the 'Chats Handled' drilldown to do this. I have added an 'Open' link to each of the other 4 levels, to no avail.
