Notification Hyperlink issue

Hi all,

I have an issue for an hyperlink in a notification (the notification that arrive to a prospect when he is added to a job requistion and sends him back to the career site to complete the application), when I send the notification in english the hyperlink works properly, but if I send it in italian it doesn't work (it's non clickable).

How can i solve this issue? The notification is the following (I highlighted the parts containing the hyperlink):
