Retrigger Field service transactions failed on OIC
Summary:
I would like to inquire about a solution for retriggering events that fail when the OIC environment is down. Currently, if OIC is unavailable, transactions are not processed to the Fusion service, which can lead to issues for the business, especially during billing and auditing at the end of the day.
Could anyone advise on how to implement a process to automatically or manually retrigger these failed events when the OIC environment is back up?
