How can I automatically change benefits plan for the promoted employees?

How can I automatically change benefits plan for the promoted employees?
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
Dear communities,
We have a major requirement from our clients where the system can update the benefits plan automactically after promotion life event is triggered.
Plan Type: Medical
Plan A: Grade A - C
Plan B: Grade D - E
If the employee promotes from Grade C to Grade D, we would like the system to hange the benefits plan from Plan A to Plan B automatically without any manual maintenance.
May I know if Oracle supports this requirement? Thanks.
