PR approval based on Funds override amount condition

Summary:

Hi,

Our client configured override funds in control budget and the PR approval rules have been configured based on ''Funds check failuer or warning'' condition

Ex: if the'' Funds check failuer or warning'' equal to ''yes''»»the notification will goto ''Funds override approval'' but currently the client has a change

request as following :

If the amount limitations of the Funds override approver as below,

Funds override approver#1 » 10K

Funds override approver#2 » 10.1K to 20K

Funds override approver#3 » 20.1K to 30K

When PR created and the override amount is 15K for example , the notification shoud goto ''Funds override approval#1 and Funds override approval#2'',
