how to make option for a plan ineditable/ greyed out during enrollment

Summary:

I want employee to see plans like this during a specific life event.

I tried adding default enrollment rule at plan level after making waive option as Assign on default like this

But after doing this if waive is locked and greyed out i am able to select other options for the same plan which should not happen

How should i make them all in-editable/ greyed out, I am able to this for plans that have one option currently. Can someone suggest the best practice for this? Thanks in advance.
