Getting agent profile to Queue Association

In our application, we are using the following RESTful API to retrieve a user account. 
https://ppppp.rightnowdemo.com/services/rest/connect/v1.3/accounts/7 

Our goal is to find out if this account or agent can handle chat, email or incident queues. The API above does not return the user profile that includes which queues the agent is associated with. 

Is there an API available that can be used to retrieve which queues an agent is associated with?
