Failure Summary/Details for Scheduled Reports?

Has anyone used this report?  I'm trying to see if there is a way to capture "SCHEDULED" reports that have failed within a set time frame.  This OOB report appears to only capture those that are MANUALLY run and fail.  Also is there a way to get an ALERT if a scheduled report fails?
