How to define the approval rules on the basis of Job Levels in the descending order.

Hi Team, we are not Able to define the approval rules on the basis of Job Levels in the descending order. (Job levels are defined in the system on the basis of Invoice Amount Limits)

We are trying to define approval rules for Payables Module via BPM Worklist. We want the rules to flow as per the Job Levels of the Users defined in the fusion. It is working fine if we are defining the rules in ascending order, i.e, JL5 being the lowest and JL100 being the highest.

But rules are not working if we are defining it in the descending order. (JL100 being the lowest and JL5 being the highest).
