Mismatch between reports when supervising chats
We have a issue, where we have been unable to locate why we have a mismatch between some reports.
I've created a copy of the "Chat Supervisor Home - Real time" reports, and made some small configuration changes, and everything has worked fine since we launched chat last year.
However, two last weeks has been a pain.
The customized reports, no longer provides the correct data - and the same for the standard "Chat Supervisor Home - Real time" reports.
I've attached a image, where you can see the standard dashboard.
If you see in the snapshot, english chat have 2 active chats - however, in the current chat queue report it shows 3 active chats.
