How do I permanently delete a memoline from the system?

Summary:

I would like to permanently delete a created memoline from the system. Can you tell me how to do this? I do not have any options via the Edit button to modify it entirely. I also cannot adjust the name field. For now, what I have done is fill in the To Date, but how can I completely remove it from the system?
