Routing with organizations from a parent bucket to two or more child buckets

Summary: We seek to do routing with organizations from a parent bucket to two or more child buckets, each with a different contracting company, competing with each other, with the same areas and skills. And that the activities are assigned to the child buckets, considering the capacity of the technicians that each contractor bucket had. Is it possible? How will routing determine how many activities it gives to each bucket? Is there a way to set that amount in some way? We are testing it in a test environment, which is a production copy.
