Feasibility of Displaying PIP Comments & Ratings in Annual Performance Document

As per the business requirement, we need all comments and ratings to be displayed in the Annual Performance Document, including those from PIP documents. However, PIP documents fall under a different review period, and we are unable to find any provision within the current setup to display comments and ratings from PIP documents in the Annual Performance Document.

The documents fall into the following categories:

• Review Period FY24-25: Includes Q2, Q4, and Annual Review.
• Review Period for PIP: Open review period created specifically for anytime PIP (includes PIP Goal Document and PIP Review Document).

The business requires both document types (Annual and PIP) to be linked or tagged in the Annual Performance Document so that all comments and ratings are accessible in a single view.
