Can we send email to the destination resource using the "On Move" message scenario trigger
Summary:
We want to be able to message our team members (Resources) via email when an activity is assigned to them by routing (generally when customer books via self-service). We have this set up in message scenarios but it appears that the email is being sent to the resource where the appointment is being moved from (bucket) rather than the resource that will deliver the work.
I have tried adding a send delay but it still uses the originating resource as opposed to the destination resource.
Seems odd to be able tell the person who is no longer doing the work as opposed to the one who is! Help!!
