I need a list of complete report and analytics for Oracle Service Cloud with details

Hi, for a client RFP, I need a complete list of reports and analytics for Oracle Service Cloud. Besides that, I need some details about each report, for example from list, I need to go to the details for each report to show the levels of visibility, filters, and fields that we can show. I have a demo environment and I'm not so sure what of this are included in the client regular environment. Excuse me for the rush but I need this information ASAP because I need to fill this, max next Thursday.
