How to add additional information in the performance notification

Hi

Once the evaluation is completed by the line manager and submitted to N+2, the client wants the director to see additional information, including the manager's rating, calculated points, and any DFF, directly in the notification.
This should be displayed instead of requiring the director to click a link to access the document.

We need to customize the notification, and we should discuss the next steps for this request.
