Limiting Project Access for Custom Labor Distribution Accountant Role

Hello,

We are currently working on a custom "Labor Distribution Accountant" role and have received a business request to limit the assigned user's access to only the projects where they are listed as the primary project manager.

We have tried to achieve this with Data Security. Please see the attachment for our current set-up.

Could anyone provide guidance or best practices on how to implement this restriction? Any detailed steps or insights would be greatly appreciated.
