Hello All,

I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out for assistance regarding the Customer Merge process within the Oracle Fusion Cloud Accounts Receivable (AR) module, specifically through the use of REST APIs.

Issue:

We are currently working on merging duplicate customer records, accounts, and related entities. While we are able to successfully initiate the API call through the ‘Create API Merge Request’ in Oracle ERP, we are encountering a roadblock. The process does not proceed past the ‘Dispatch’ and ‘Submit’ stages, and we are unable to find any complete API syntax or code to continue beyond this point. The
