Granting guest user access to a folder in catalogue

Summary:

Hi Team,

I want to provide guest user access to one folder in catalogue so that user can access the BIP report in that folder without logging in into CX.

I tried to follow the steps mentioned in below documentation. But I am not able to see Security Configuration—>allow guest user checkbox in administration.

Could pls let me know how we can enable guest user access to a folder in catalogue.
