Opportunity Marketplace Job Segmentation by Job Names
Summary:
Hi,
We are trying to limit the view of employees in the opportunity marketplace via their jobs. We have created an eligibility profile using employment > jobs and Opportunity Marketplace Job configurations that is that is filtered to specific to an organization in the business. Apparently, this is not working, the employees in this organization are still seeing requisition postings that are for other jobs.
Example: The eligibility job name is set to employment > jobs = bus driver. Our test candidate whose assigned job is a bus driver is seeing other job postings for teachers and educational assistants.
