Custom HR role not displaying results in "Add Using Best-Fit" (Succession Plan)

Hi Team,

my custom HR role is unable to view the results of the "Add Using Best-Fit" functionality within the Succession Plan.

When I access a Succession Plan, click on "Add Using Best-Fit," enter the desired Job Profile in the "Model Profile" field, and set the required criteria, no profiles appear.

However, when I repeat the same steps using the standard role and apply the same criteria, I can see three results.

Could you help me identify the missing privileges in my custom role?
