Unable to view Chart of Accounts description during approval/reject process in RSSP

Upon submitting the Requisition for approval in RSSP page, when the approver receives the notification to approve, the approver sees the chart of accounts string but not the description. Earlier in classic UI, when the approver clicks on requisition number hyperlink, it was taken to old UI where when hover over the CoA it would show the description of each segment but this feature is not available in RSSP page. Please advise.
