Creation of a field in Benefits space for inputting early retirement date - Rate value calculation

We have a requirement where employees should have the flexibility of entering the Dynamic - Early retirement Date, basis the input, rate values are calculated differently for different employees.

Also, the coverage start date should be driven basis the early retirement date chosen dynamically for different employees. Will formula suffice the requiremnt?
