How to Delete Personal Journey created by other user

Summary:

Hi Team,

There is a Personal Journey created by employee who is currently not an active employee in the Organization. As a Administrator, Is there any possibility to delete the Personal Journey created by other user.

Due to this Personal Journey which is created by Inactive user, all the new hires are receiving the Duplicate Journey automatically whenever the Journeys are assigned.

Please let me know if any one has seen similar Issues.
