Strategy is not getting updated automatically
Hi Team,
We have established a new Customer Profile Class named 'Intercompany' and created a new site-level Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment 'Intercompany' using the new profile class and the existing strategy group with name "No Collection Activity".
We have updated the customer profile class for customer 'X'. This customer already had a strategy assigned, and with the change in score, we anticipated that the strategy would update according to the 'Intercompany' assignment. However, this change does not appear to be occurring.
Can anyone suggest on this.
Note: there is no strategy tasks defined under existing strategy group "No Collection Activity".
