Activity Notification

Hello,

I am trying to figure out to add a field in the notification i'm receiving when an activity is created.

I want to add 2 fields that are populated on the activity record.

All my workflows from the system that sends emails are turned off, and i have verified all the email templates from app composer > email templates, none of the email templates i have (in Application Composer > Email Templates) look like the one from the screenshot, so I incline to think that these emails are not sent via object workflows but something else.

We are using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications 24D (11.13.24.10.0).
