Mailing response report columns

Hi all, I am trying to determine the following:

how to split soft bounces from the bounced (num _bounced) column in the Mailing_formats (mailing messages) table.

I am also trying to determine the number of emails actually delivered, using the Mailing_formats (mailing messages) and the Mailings tables but to no avail so far.

Any advice appreciated.
