Disability flag(no flexfield)

Hello! Can we somehow flag a disability label? I know we can create flexfields and offer visibility to the recruiter once he opens the candidate's profile, that is clear. However I have a customer who would like to have a flag (similar with the icon showing internal candidate) without opening the profile and just looking at the candidate's list. Reporting was not a solution for them.
