Accessing all the attachments from a common location for all of the Customer/Partner records

Summary:

Is it possible to access all the attachment from a report instead of navigating to each of the Customer/Partner records. (This can be a report or any other way, however a consolidated list is helpful)

Business requirement is to access /download all the attachments from a common location like reports with the list of Customer/Partner and the associated attachments.

This will help business team to avoid navigating to each of the records in CX to download the respective documents. In case of multiple documents for a Customer/Partner. This will simplify in case of more documents attached to a customer/partner record.
