Scheduled report not running

Hello, 

I have a report scheduled to run, however, judging by the "Report Schedules" standard report, it does not appear to have ran at the times I've designated (or at all). My report contains a custom script and I have included "putenv('TEMPORARY_RNW_CONF_DIRECTORY');" line in the ini tab as suggested in the documentation. Does anyone have any insights as to why a scheduled report would not run?  I have included the xml for the report in question.
