How to get all columns in report according to specified search value

Hi,

Summary: I created a report using Survey Questions.In my report i have 4 columns,I kept run-time search based on columns but it showed only 3 columns in report instead of 4 columns

Example:

Q1:language(choice:java,c,c++)

Q2:overall rating(Choice:1,2,3,4,5)

Q3:comments(Text)

survey responses are submited

1)java,5,good

2)c,4,better

2)c++,3,good

Desired report:

                    date:1-1-15 to 2-2-15  comments:good

language	overallrating	comments
java	5	good
c++	3	good

 

Date and comments are docked filters as well as  run-time search .Here I gave comments as "good" in runtime search,but it shows like this
