Default rule isn't defined for the legal entity level to handle the many to many journals in Payment

Summary:

Hi. We are trying to account a payment and we are encountering error:

We are using Legal Entity level balancing rule.

We filed an SR we were told to create Additional Balancing and Clearing Options. We were told to follow this document,

Unable To Post Intercompany M-M Cross LE Journal Error FUN_INTRA_RULE_NOT_DEFINED or FUN_LEDGER_INTRULE_NOT_DEFINED (Doc ID 2125868.1)

However, after creating, we are still unable to account the payment.
And now, we disabled the Additional Balancing and Clearing Options, and created a Ledger level balancing rule.
