Automatic Wildcard search

Hi Gurus,

Can we include asterisk ('*') in font and back of the search content automatically?

For Ex:

If we enter 'Russel' in the search box, it should returns John Russel and Russel Crowe. Which means instead of we enter *russel* in search box, we will enter russel only.
