Search for automation of finding users with updated emails in approval groups

Description (Required):

We are looking through a way to find the users with all the details like old email addresses, new/updated email addresses, usernames, person ids, etc. Could you please look into if their is an automation that can be run to find users with updated emails that belong to an approval group.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Sometimes, user details i.e., email address gets updated but it doesn't reflect in the BPM approval group. So we have to manually update it everytime, if we could find the way to automate this, then it would be helpful and time saving task.
