If 'Current Job' is Yes in Work History, End Date shouldn't be required in Skills and Qualification.

Summary: We are facing an issue in VBCS while configuring the rule to meet the following condition for Work History in Skills and Qualifications:

  • If Current Job = Yes, then End Date = Not Required
  • If Current Job = No, then End Date = Required

To meet the above requirement, we have configured the rules in VBCS, but the setup is not working as expected. Please find the attached document for reference.

This is a valid use case: if it is a Current Job, there should obviously be no end date. If it is not a Current Job, then an end date should be required.

Howdy, Stranger!
