Audit Log report for field changes in service cloud

Hi,

We have a requirement to see the list of changes/modified happened on a specific record. Standard audit log doesn't shows the field name details. Is there a way to view the details by creating a report?

Can I export audit log using ROQL. If yes, can you please let me know the object name?
