    Hi,

    We have been trying to add a user to an existing client's Oracle Support user group. We have tried requesting and manually adding and have not been successful. There aren't any instructions for the new portal when a user is not appearing in the 'add a user' search bar. Can you provide step by step instructions (including if necessary adding the user to OCI first)?
