Identifying contacts without incidents

Is anyone aware of a standard report that identifies contacts in the system who do not have any incidents associated with them? Additionally could you see a list of contacts and the number of incidents they have associated with them?

When we went live with RightNow last year we imported a few hundred thousand contacts from our old system but it appears that some have come over that shouldn't have done, or at the very least need to be tidied up/merged etc.

If there are reports that can help me do this it would be great. I find data duplication/maintenance one of the poorest parts of the system!
