Not able to see synonyms to edit expense types

Summary:

When we are creating expense items through electronic all the expenses are getting created but defaulting to only expense type ground transportation. So as per oracle we want to edit synonyms in Manage Auto Submission and Matching Options, but when we check synonyms section we are not able to see any expense type to edit. Could anyone let us know how to pull those expense types in synonyms section.
