how to end date the benefits plan enrolment to enrol new option
We need to change the coverage amount in the plan. To do this, we created a new option and coverage, attached them to the plan, and inactivated the existing option in the plan.
However, when we processed the new plan with the updated option, it appeared as expected, but the existing option was also still there. We need to end-date the existing option.
Alternatively, is there a better way to handle this?
Since we used the amount in the option and coverage, we cannot use the same option/coverage by just changing the amount.
