Introducing Redwood PRM: Empowering Channel Organizations to Drive Partner Success

Summary:

Starting 25A, Channel organizations can now use the Redwood Partner Relationship Management UI to recruit partners. This helps them sell products and services more effectively and grow their business. Both channel organizations and partners can align their efforts using Redwood Partner Management. This alignment enables stronger collaboration and helps close more deals successfully.  We are supporting the below functionalities in Redwood PRM:

  1. Partners
  2. Partner Contact
  3. Deal Registrations
  4. Partner Enrollments
  5. Partner Territories
  6. MDF Budget
  7. MDF Requests
  8. MDF Claims

However, Partner Programs are not available in Redwood Sales. Partner Programs can be created in the Simplified UI and used to facilitate Partner Enrollments. We are also supporting Interactions for Partners and Rollups functionality.
