Analytic Report Row Count

Hi,

I have used a .Net code for fetching Report data.But at a time i can able to fetch only 10,000 data in a report.To overcome those I have used a looping concept in that.Its Working fine,but I need to know the total Row count in a Report.
So is it possible to query that count ?
