Error in Rule Balancing report

While running the Rule Balancing Report following error is thrown

"You are trying to open the form, but cannot because all of the required dimensions are not present. Possible causes may be that you do not have access to at least one member of a required dimension, or the member selection resulted in no members present. You might be missing the dimension ProfitCenter or its members. Contact your administrator"

I tried to replicate form to be used for the report. It did not give any error but did not show any result.
